By using the services of Rosiles Traducciones y Legal, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Contracting Process
The process for contracting our services includes:
- Submission of documents through our platform
- Receive a quote for translating your documents within 24 hours in eligible days
- Client approval of the quote
- Payment for the service
- Delivery of translated and certified documents
Pricing and Payments
The prices of our services are established according to:
- Type of document
- Complexity of the translation
- Languages involved
- Urgency of the service
All prices are quoted in Mexican pesos (MXN) and must be paid before delivery of the translated documents, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard translations: 24-48 hours
- Express service: as previously agreed
Times may vary depending on document complexity and workload. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Quality and Accuracy
We are committed to providing accurate, high-quality translations. All our translations are reviewed by certified translators. However, if you find any errors, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to make necessary corrections at no additional cost.
Validity and Certification
Our certified translations have international validity and are authorized by the Superior Court of Justice of Nuevo León. However, final validity depends on the specific requirements of the institution or country where the document will be used.
Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all documents and information provided by our clients. We will not share, sell or use your information for any purpose other than providing the contracted service.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide readable and complete documents
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Make payment according to agreed terms
- Review translated documents within the established timeframe
- Use translated documents legally and appropriately
Limitation of Liability
Rosiles Traducciones y Legal is not responsible for:
- Rejection of documents by institutions or authorities
- Damages resulting from improper use of translated documents
- Losses or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for full refund
- Cancellations after work begins are subject to charges for work performed
- No refunds are made after delivery of documents
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days
Intellectual Property
Original and translated documents are the property of the client. However, we reserve the right to retain copies of translated documents for our records and compliance with legal obligations, as set forth in our Privacy Notice.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on this page and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically the state of Nuevo León. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
